Barraqueiro

A “barraqueiro” is someone who likes to start or participate in “barracos”. And, in its turn, a “barraco” is a big mess, confusion, chaos.
Like when two neighbours start discussing out loud on the streets, when the husband arrives and catches the wife having an affair, or when someone just goes crazy at work and starts shouting at other people. This is a “barraco”.
“Barraqueiros” are people who always cause this kind of confusion, or who enjoy being in the middle of the mess.
