A little girl, diminutive of “moça”.
When talking to little girls, sometimes this expression is used to tell the girl that she is not a girl any longer, but a bit older, though not a woman yet.

- Mas como você cresceu Mariana! Tá com quantos anos já?
- 7 anos tia!
- Mas já é uma mocinha!
